Southeastern Kentucky Chapter Services

The Southeastern Kentucky Chapter provides immediate relief for individuals and families facing disaster. This assistance includes vouchers for food and groceries, clothing and shoes, and vital medications. Clients' needs are determined on a case-by-case basis.

The American Red Cross is Congressionally Chartered to assist our military and their families. Military families rely on the American Red Cross to deliver emergency messages to service men and women deployed overseas, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Southeastern Kentucky Chapter prepares individuals for emergency situations, at home and at work. The Southeastern Kentucky Chapter offers health and safety courses, such as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, first aid, and life-guarding, to the community.

The American Red Cross does not receive federal funding. All funds raised will be used to meet the needs of the local community.

The Southeastern Kentucky Chapter was chartered in 1917 and serves Laurel, Bell, Clay, Knox, and Whitley counties.
